We are happy to offer returns as long as you are within 30 days of the date of original purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.Please note that ALL sale items are not eligible for returns.

If you believe your item may be subject to a manufacturing issue, you are welcome to contact us at merchandise@projectkinship.org and we are happy to assist further. In requesting a refund please email us your order number and reason of return.

Exchanges

We are a small but mighty nonprofit and are unfortunately not able to handle exchanges at this time.

We are only able to ship to California at this time. Standard shipping rates apply
based on your mailing address location. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and handling prior to shipping. Shipping times and costs vary
by destination.
